Main Duties and Responsibilities
★Build strong relations with partner institutions. Anticipate and respond to their requests in a professional and timely manner through email, phone, in person, etc.
★Facilitate the best possible outcomes for our student’s applications. For example: help check the quality of application being submitted, liaise with partner institutions to share updates, appeal conditions or rejections that seem incorrect, troubleshoot unexpected issues, etc
★Analyse and evaluate application data to identify trends and the reasons why. Acquire a detailed understanding of Taipei’s local student recruitment market and popular overseas study destinations.
★Develop the knowledge, awareness and ability to meet with partner institutions to advise on local trends, recruitment and marketing issues.
★Contribute to company and partner events, exhibitions and fairs as part of the overall recruitment strategy.
★Contribute to training, seminars, outreach activities and information sessions for staff, partner institutions, students and their parents. To co-ordinate the production of new display stands and promotional paraphernalia for use at fairs, exhibitions and on-campus events within allocated budgets. This also involves maintaining current display stands and other promotional paraphernalia for use throughout the year.
★Contribute to and where necessary co-ordinate production of liaison publications and various other promotional materials. Additionally, where requested, to contribute to company website, brochures, etc
★Contribute to the recruitment and training of Student Ambassadors, interns, alumni, students to give talks in schools/college. This involves organising expenses payments and promoting the scheme.
★Identify recommendations for improvement and present ideas to the Taipei UKEAS Office Manager
★Assist with any required partner processes and associated documentation (e.g. contract renewal, completing annual reports, etc)
★Undertake duties as requested by the Taipei UKEAS Office Manager
★Citizen of UK, IRE, SA, AUS, NZ, US, CA
★Excellent Chinese is essential
★Strong attention to detail, especially editing skills
